Refund Policy
CareerFitMap sells digital AI-generated career transition reports. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request one.
Refund requests are reviewed against the order record, checkout status, and report delivery status.
7-Day Review Window
If you made a real payment for a full report, contact support@careerfitmap.com within 7 days of purchase if something went wrong with payment, delivery, or report generation.
Refund requests received after 7 days may be declined unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.
Eligible Refund Cases
- You were charged more than once for the same report unlock.
- Payment succeeded, but the full report could not be generated or delivered because of a CareerFitMap system error.
- A confirmed checkout or order record exists, but you did not receive access to the paid digital report after reasonable troubleshooting.
- A payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, subject to verification and any payment processor requirements.
Usually Not Refundable
- The report was generated and delivered, but you disagree with the AI recommendations or expected a different career conclusion.
- You did not receive interviews, offers, promotions, salary increases, recruiter replies, or other career outcomes.
- The report quality was affected by incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or mistaken information that you submitted.
- You changed your target role, industry, resume, or MBTI selection after the report was generated.
- You used unsupported, unreadable, encrypted, or low-quality files after the product already warned you about upload or extraction limits.
How To Request A Refund
- Email support@careerfitmap.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Include the delivery email used at checkout, order id or transaction id if available, approximate purchase time, and a short explanation of the issue.
- Attach screenshots or error messages if they help us verify the problem.
- We may ask for additional information to confirm the charge, diagnose the issue, or prevent fraud.
- We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
Refund Method And Timing
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method through the payment processor. Processing time depends on the processor, card network, bank, or wallet provider.
If a refund is approved, CareerFitMap may revoke access to the paid report, disable recovery links, or mark the related order as refunded.
Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
